Second Annual Author's Underst

You are cordially invited to Tina Mathias and Kat!e Larson's Second Annual Author's Underst! (Fanfare, trumpets)

We hope the Author's Underst will become tradition, and that each of you will want to come again and again. For those of you who do not know, an underst is: "A social gathering at which pink-and-blue-striped cake with swirly candles is served with Sprite (or 7-Up)."

Our purpose in holding the underst is to give amateur writers (like ourselves) a chance to get together in a geek-friendly environment (admit it, we're all geeks) to discuss writing styles and plot ideas and character traits and all of those other things that the so-called "normal" people don't understand.

Please explore this website (using the links on the right-hand side of the page) to find details as to where and when the underst is taking place, what you are expected to bring, and so forth. It is highly encouraged that you read every page ("highly encouraged" as in "mandatory, lest you miss something really important like the fact that you are supposed to bring food or we're kicking you out".)
